Sweet Potato Pie

Just pour 1 package of Grandma Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling in to two regular pie crust

Sweet potato energy bars

2Cups of oatmeal, 1cup brown sugar, 1/2cup raisins, ½ cup butter, 2cups of Grandma Martha’s all natural sweet potato pie filling.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35min cool 30min  and cut into bars.

2 Keebler ready made graham cracker crust.

1 1/2 cup of Grandma's Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling

3 ( 8 ounces) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup of sugar

1/3 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of heaven whipping cream

3 eggs room temperature

Beat  cream cheese & white sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream, whipping cream, and sweet potato pie filling. Beat in eggs one at a time, blending everything together well.  Pour into both pie crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr test with tooth pick it should come out clean.  Cheesecake will be a little jiggly In the middle. Turn off oven and let cheesecake stand for about 45min in the oven. Take out and put in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or you may want to serve warm. 

Enjoy!!! you may use your topping of choice.  I used brown sugar with a little butter some whipping cream and chopped pecans warmed on top of the stove. I have also use a little sweet potato pie filling, butter, and chopped pecans warmed over the stove.  I call this my sweet potato caramelized sauce.

 

Refreshing sweet potato drink

 4 tablespoons of Grandma Martha's sweet potato pie filling and 1/2 bottle of blood orange soda served with Ice. This will make a half picture you can also play with different soda flavors or add a little sparkling wine.

Sweet potato cake

2cups of unbleached self rising flour,

  1/2 cups of sugar, 2cups of sweet Grandma Martha's Sweet potato Pie filling,

 1cup of oil, or butter  1/2 cup of milk 2 eggs, mix well and bake for 25-30 min at 325 degrees depending on your oven.  Made easy just for you.

Sweet potato casserole

For medium casserole use two packages of Grandma Martha's sweet potato pie filling. To make  gluten free crust topping 1 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of  melted butter, 1 cup of pecans in a bowl stir together and spread evenly on filling and bake for 45min. For regular crust just add 1 cup of unbleached all purpose flour.

 Use pastry puff for turnovers add 2 table spoons of sweet potato pie filling on one sheet of pastry and cover with the other pastry  sheet cut two slits in pastry, brush each pastry with egg white and sprinkle with brown sugar.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30min. Enjoy!!!

Sweet potato pancake

Recipe

   2 to 2  1/4  Pie filling

   1  1/2 cups of  flour

   1 tsp. of baking powder

   1 tsp. of baking soda

   1 egg

   3 tbsp of water to thin out as needed

  Mix together and  add water when needed

  pour on to hot greased griddle and turn when it begins to bubble on top.

  Add in your choice of topping or spices.

Sweet potato biscuits

4cups of unbleached Self Rising Flour 1/8 tsp baking soda 2 1/2 cups of grandma Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling 4oz butter1 1/4 cup of buttermilk. Mix flour and baking soda together, then add milk, butter, and filling mix together well then pour  biscuit batter on floured surface fold mix a few times spread mix out dust with a little flour cut biscuit into round size with cup or cutting utensil. place on cooking pan bake for 10-15min. Batter makes about 20 biscuits depending on the size.

 cup of  Martha's sweet potato pie filling 1/2 cup of flour

  blend together and deep fry in vegetable oil, top with powder sugar this should make about 10 beignets.
