What a wonderful concept and idea!!!! Having your own company and wearing so many hats as a business owner doesn't leave much time for a whole lot of baking. So when I was introduced to Sweets 4U and especially the ready made pie filling, it was an answer to prayers! I still love to be in the kitchen but sometimes there is just not enough hours in a day. I just stopped by to let you all know that your success has further motivated me!!! I am a single mother of 3 who live about 20 miles from raleigh. I a, a student at Wake tech and will be entering the culinary arts program next semester. I do cake decorating myself, and although I often get told that I have talent and i'm good, I often second guess myself and I criticize myself very hard. Running a business is very hard to do and stay profitable. To see you with you own brand of sweet potato pie filling is awesome and speaks wonders to my heart. I have had a very difficult life dealing with an abusive childhood and a dealing with a domestic violence situation. Just seeing how far you ahve come keeps it in my mind that I can achieve it...Crazy as it may sound thank you for putting hope in the hearts of people like me and inspiring me to continue to push more to do better
