Sweet Potato Pie
Just pour 1 package of Grandma Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling in to two regular pie crust

2 Keebler ready made graham cracker crust.
1 1/2 cup of Grandma's Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling
3 ( 8 ounces) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of whipping cream
3 eggs room temperature
Beat cream cheese & white sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream, whipping cream, and sweet potato pie filling. Beat in eggs one at a time, blending everything together well. Pour into both pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr test with tooth pick it should come out clean. Cheesecake will be a little jiggly In the middle. Turn off oven and let cheesecake stand for about 45min in the oven. Take out and put in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or you may want to serve warm.
Enjoy!!! you may use your topping of choice. I used brown sugar with a little butter some whipping cream and chopped pecans warmed on top of the stove. I have also use a little sweet potato pie filling, butter, and chopped pecans warmed over the stove. I call this my sweet potato caramelized sauce.

Refreshing sweet potato drink
4 tablespoons of Grandma Martha's sweet potato pie filling and 1/2 bottle of blood orange soda served with Ice. This will make a half picture you can also play with different soda flavors or add a little sparkling wine.

1/2 cups of sugar, 2cups of sweet Grandma Martha's Sweet potato Pie filling,
1cup of oil, or butter 1/2 cup of milk 2 eggs, mix well and bake for 25-30 min at 325 degrees depending on your oven. Made easy just for you.

Sweet potato pancake
2 to 2 1/4 Pie filling
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 egg
3 tbsp of water to thin out as needed
Mix together and add water when needed
pour on to hot greased griddle and turn when it begins to bubble on top.
Add in your choice of topping or spices.

Sweet potato biscuits
4cups of unbleached Self Rising Flour 1/8 tsp baking soda 2 1/2 cups of grandma Martha's frozen sweet potato pie filling 4oz butter1 1/4 cup of buttermilk. Mix flour and baking soda together, then add milk, butter, and filling mix together well then pour biscuit batter on floured surface fold mix a few times spread mix out dust with a little flour cut biscuit into round size with cup or cutting utensil. place on cooking pan bake for 10-15min. Batter makes about 20 biscuits depending on the size.
